In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlbbb," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" refers to the jlbbb online gaming platform operated at jlbbb.org, together with all related services, systems, and interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlbbb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered gaming account created by a Player on jlbbb.org, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with the platform.
• "Balance" means the total PHP funds held in a Player's jlbbb Account wallet at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and confirmed winnings but excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, comprising submission and review of government-issued identification and proof of address, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine AMLA regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AMLA" means the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related implementing rules and regulations.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment services, customer support, and ancillary services offered through the jlbbb platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where use of the jlbbb platform is unlawful or where jlbbb does not hold a valid license or authorization.

By accessing the jlbbb platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services provided at jlbbb.org, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the jlbbb platform and refrain from registering or maintaining an Account.

jlbbb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes via the contact information registered on their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on jlbbb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human entities may not register Accounts;
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Territory;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary through jlbbb's own tools or mandated by PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jlbbb or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your account information should any details change.

Each Player is limited to one (1) registered Account. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

jlbbb reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by jlbbb may result in account suspension pending completion of the verification process.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities conducted through your jlbbb Account. This responsibility encompasses, but is not limited to, the following obligations:

• Credential Security: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including individuals claiming to be jlbbb representatives. jlbbb support staff will never request your password.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jlbbb immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or suspicious activity on your Account. Failure to report unauthorized access in a timely manner may limit jlbbb's ability to recover funds or reverse fraudulent transactions.
• Device Security: You are responsible for securing the devices used to access your jlbbb Account, including maintaining up-to-date software and antivirus protection. jlbbb accepts no liability for losses arising from malware, keylogging software, or other device-level security compromises.
• Information Accuracy: All personal information provided to jlbbb must be truthful and kept current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Sole Use: Your Account is strictly for your personal use only. Use of your Account by any third party — including through account sharing arrangements — is prohibited.

All deposits and financial transactions on jlbbb are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your jlbbb Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are processed through PAGCOR-compliant payment gateways. jlbbb does not accept deposits via any payment method not listed in the Cashier section.
• All funds deposited to jlbbb must originate from payment accounts or instruments legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• jlbbb reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns, in accordance with AMLA compliance obligations.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from jlbbb's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
• jlbbb does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for understanding your payment provider's fee structure.
• Any deposit found to have been made through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests made from your jlbbb Account:

• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals above threshold amounts specified by PAGCOR require fully completed KYC verification, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of the verification process.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement is a standard anti-money laundering control. Exceptions require written approval from jlbbb's compliance team.
• Wagering Requirement Compliance: Funds subject to outstanding bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering conditions are fully met. Real money and bonus funds are tracked separately within your Account wallet.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by Account tier and payment method. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within the timeframes stated in the Payment section of jlbbb.org. Verification-related delays may extend processing times.
• Maximum Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. VIP tier members may benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits per their tier schedule.
• Account in Good Standing: Withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution of any outstanding compliance review, active dispute, or account investigation.

jlbbb offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded at jlbbb's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying the total wager amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are separate from real money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied. Real money deposits are not used to fulfill wagering requirements unless bonus funds are exhausted first.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are stated in each promotion's terms. Live dealer tables, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• jlbbb reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• A Player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Participation in certain promotions may require opting in via the Promotions tab in your Account.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through the jlbbb platform:

• All games offered on jlbbb utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including jlbbb itself.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager. These limits may vary by game, game variant, and Player tier.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. In the event of a technical error during game play, jlbbb will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. In the event of a server error that corrupts a game result, jlbbb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface display and the server-side transaction log, the server-side log shall prevail.
• jlbbb may, at its discretion, set maximum win limits per session, per game, or per day. Any winnings exceeding these limits remain subject to review prior to processing.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbbb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using another person's identity, payment instrument, or Account without their express written authorization;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including coordinating to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo, or any multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or system glitches to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of platform errors will be voided;
• Using automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using jlbbb for any activity that violates the AMLA or other applicable Philippine laws;
• Accessing jlbbb from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic access controls;
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlbbb staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the jlbbb platform are the exclusive property of jlbbb or its licensors, and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbbb platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jlbbb platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use jlbbb's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any content from the platform on any other website or application without explicit authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jlbbb's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbbb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized Account access due to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical outages beyond jlbbb's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, natural events, or force majeure circumstances;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the jlbbb platform, even if jlbbb has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses resulting from a Player's reliance on information displayed in error due to a technical malfunction, provided jlbbb takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlbbb's liability for death or personal injury caused by jlbbb's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlbbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of technical errors;
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any competent authority requiring account action;
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate of another Account held by the same individual;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or is a prohibited person under applicable regulations.

In cases of account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jlbbb reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases where misconduct is confirmed, jlbbb may forfeit any outstanding balance in whole or in part, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures. Where no misconduct is found, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

jlbbb is fully committed to responsible gaming and player protection. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, jlbbb is required to maintain and enforce responsible gaming measures including the following:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period as required by PAGCOR guidelines.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session time notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period. These limits are enforced at the platform level.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting jlbbb support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and, where permanent, may not be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, jlbbb will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of their session duration and net gaming activity.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to jlbbb's compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, Players may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR directly in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. jlbbb fully cooperates with PAGCOR regulatory reviews and player dispute investigations.

jlbbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the following process:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.
• Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or minor structural reorganizations — may take effect immediately upon publication.
• The effective date and last-updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
• Continued use of the jlbbb platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
